Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. Some restrictions may apply.
Do I need a receipt to process a return?
Yes, a receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. If you purchased online, you can use your order confirmation email as proof.
Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Certain items, including perishable goods, custom orders, and final-sale/clearance items, cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return or exchange request?

Do you offer refunds, or is it store credit only?
We offer refunds to the original payment method. If you prefer, we can issue store credit for future purchases.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Can I return an item if I have opened or used it?
Opened or used items may be eligible for return depending on the condition and reason for the return. Some restrictions apply, especially for hygiene or perishable products.
What happens if my order was lost or never arrived?
If your order was lost or did not arrive, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will investigate and either resend the order or issue a refund.
Who covers the shipping cost for returns?
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged, or defective), we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you accept returns for bulk or wholesale purchases?

Exchanges

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, exchanges are available for most items. If the item you want is unavailable, we can offer store credit or a refund.
Can I exchange an item if I no longer have the original packaging?
For an exchange to be processed, the item must be in resellable condition. If the packaging is missing but the item is unused and in perfect condition, we may still accept the exchange, but this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
What if the item I want to exchange is out of stock?
If the item is out of stock, you may choose to receive store credit, a refund, or wait for a restock if applicable.
Do exchanges take the same amount of time as returns?
Exchanges are usually processed faster than refunds, especially in-store. However, if you are exchanging an online order, processing may take a few extra days depending on shipping and inventory availability.
Is there a fee for making an exchange?
There is no fee for standard exchanges. However, if exchanging for an item of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
